The 1922â23 Georgia Bulldogs basketball team represented the University of Georgia as a member of the Southern Conference (SoCon) during the 1922â23 NCAA men's basketball season. Led by fourth-year head coach Herman Stegeman, the Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 11â8 with a mark of 3â3 in conference play, placing in a three-way tie for eighth in the SoCon. The team captain was Ed Gurr.
